Senior FE/FS (React, Node) dev for seo, speed, and ui/ux optimization of real estate website

Senior FE (React) or FS (React + Node) developer needed for seo, speed and ui/ux optimization of real estate website.

Tasks needed:
1. Optimize UI/UX for 8 point grid (not site re-design, but perfection of existing style)
2. Optimize site for speed and seo
3. Implement seo improvements (update robots.txt and sitemap, add canonical tags, and structured markup, etc)
4. Review site with seo tools (Ahrefs, Lighthouse, webpagetest.org) and implement improvements
5. Add Strapi.io for blog posts and potentially new landing pages
6. Build admin pages
We will run through the specific tasks needed for each sprint, collaboratively describe scope and estimate necessary hours, and each sprint will be a fixed-price contract after passing QA. Project is long-term.
