Senior React.js Developer for Mentorship & Code Reviews
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I'm in need of a seasoned Senior React.js Developer with around 8 years of experience. The primary goal for this role involves mentoring our advanced junior developers, particularly through pair programming sessions and providing one-on-one guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentorship: Guide and nurture our junior developers who are at an advanced level in React.js.
- Code Reviews: Conduct thorough and constructive reviews of code.
- Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level assistance in debugging and troubleshooting issues.
- Conduct technical workshops to upskill junior developers on the latest React.js features and best practices.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with React.js (8 years minimum).
- Proven track record in mentoring developers.
- Strong skills in conducting code reviews.
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
- Experience with pair programming and providing one-on-one guidance.
The preferred mentoring method is: Fulltime. The engagement model for the mentorship will be on an hourly basis. "given that you are expecting fulltime involvement." The desired engagement duration is 3-6 months. We prefer using video calls for mentoring and code reviews. It would be ideal if the developer has industry experience in product development. The mentoring sessions should align with India Time. We prefer using GitHub or Bitbucket for code reviews and pair programming sessions. Industry experience in Data Science would be ideal. We are specifically looking for industry experience in product development.
