Senior Front-End developer_○ React js

We are now looking for a Senior Front End Developer to take lead of our projects. You will play an important role to lead, develop and manage Junior Front End Developers to manage multiple accounts and review the work results based on the predefined KPIs.
An ideal candidate should be a fast thinking dynamic person with a positive attitude able to function under pressure, and an exceptional aptitude for learning, combined with common sense and initiative. He/She should be able to function both as a team player, OR in a standalone capacity - able to organise yourself and others around you to a common goal. Overview of Responsibilities
● Oversee the wireframe design, provide suggestion that fits business needs with optimal technical consideration and effort
● Responsible for the smooth development and implementation of robust and integrated front end applications
● Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs
● Responsible for overseeing the testing and documentation to ensure quality and traceability of application delivery Ensure that system security is a top priority and implemented by design in all systems and applications
● Develop application which complies to services level for system solution
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
● Advanced understanding of Modern Javascript Framework:
○ React js
○ React admin (marmerlab) framework
○ React Material UI Components
○ Reat redux implementation
● Advanced understanding of HTML, SCSS/CSS, CSS Layout techniques, lazy-loading concepts and implementation, JavaScript , XML, JSON, jQuery, REST
● Experience in building user interfaces from wireframes and designs and be able to deploy applications in a cross-browser environment.
● Solid knowledge in responsive design and understanding of browser compatibility and screen limitations
● Experience integrating with server-side code to produce dynamic pages
● Experience with use of source control, build tool and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins
● Demonstrated commitment to quality, including testing and validation
for e-commerce
● Expert attention to detail
● Systematic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
● Strong personal interest in digital technology and awareness of industry standards or best-known methods
● Good English communication skills with ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written with staff and end users of all levels (Japanese language proficiency is an advantage)
● Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (demandware) is a plus
