TA Scheduling Website Fix: React + Firebase

I need a proficient web developer to help me fix some functionality issues on my TA scheduling website, created with React, Vite, and Firebase.

Key Requirements:
- Identify and fix functionality flaws within the site, primarily focusing on database interactions.
- Restructure the database to improve its efficiency and effectiveness for the scheduling application.
- Ensure smooth and seamless database interactions to enhance overall site functionality.

Key changes needed:
Add the skills to the database to allow for a more straightforward edit
If possible make the TA roles dynamic, at the very least make it a table in the database that I can edit it

The roles are:
Studio TA
TA Coordinator
Grading TA
Lab TA

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with React, Vite, and Firebase.
- Proficiency in identifying and fixing web functionality issues.
- Experience in database structuring and optimization.
- Prior experience in developing or fixing scheduling websites will be an advantage.
