Build a Scalable B2B Web Platform – Long-Term Collaboration Opportunity
We are launching an MVP of a web-based B2B platform in the that enables businesses to share employees with each other or hire freelancers for shift-based work. This is not a simple job board – it’s a real-time, token-based platform with layered user roles, scheduling logic, structured feedback, and a legal compliance engine.
We are looking for a skilled full-stack developer (or a small team) with experience in:
• Marketplace or platform-style applications
• Role-based access systems
• Tokenized actions or credit-based logic
• Admin dashboards
• Stripe integrations
• Strong understanding of backend architecture & database relationships
Stack Preference (open to alternatives with justification):
• Frontend: React or Next.js
• Backend: Supabase or Node.js/PostgreSQL
• Payments: Stripe
• Authentication: Supabase Auth
• Map: Google Maps API
Phase 1: MVP Build (Web only)
You’ll be expected to:
• Build flows for 3 user types: Businesses, Freelancers, Shared Employees
• Implement search, offer, approval and feedback flows
• Create a token system
• Manage role-based dashboards
• Develop admin panel to moderate users & view activity
• Integrate Stripe for token purchases
• Build in a structured feedback system
Design wireframes and detailed UX specs will be provided.
It’s a plus if you have experience with:
• Booking engines or marketplaces
• B2B platforms
• GDPR/legal document upload flows
• Token economy models or credit system logic
