SaaS MVP for Gate Tracking

I need a lean, working MVP that focuses on one core feature—gate tracking—for a logistics-focused SaaS. Here’s what I expect within the next four weeks:

• A web-based dashboard where my team can create, edit, and close gate-in / gate-out events.
• Real-time status updates visible on a single screen, with basic filters (date range, truck ID, vendor).
• A lightweight REST API so our last-mile delivery partners can push or pull gate data in JSON.
• Secure user management with two roles: Admin and Viewer.
• Clean, documented code (preferred stack: Node.js + React or comparable open-source stack) and a short deployment guide for a standard cloud host.

Optimizing logistics cost or automating full 3PL workflows can come later; for now, keep scope tight so we can validate the gate tracking flow quickly.

Deliver a basic prototype first, refine once we confirm data accuracy and UX.
