Project: Build a SaaS CRM + Ticketing Tool with WhatsApp Integration

I’m building a SaaS platform similar to Freshdesk or Salesforce — a lightweight CRM + ticketing tool with WhatsApp Cloud API integration.

Core Features (MVP):
Contact management (CRM)

Ticket creation, status, priority, assignment

WhatsApp Cloud API integration (send/receive messages)

Dashboard with filters & search

Admin panel (user roles, team management)

Authentication (Firebase/Auth0)

Tech Stack Preferred:
Frontend: React / Next.js

Backend: Node.js (Express/Nest.js) or Python (FastAPI)

Database: PostgreSQL

Hosting: Vercel + Render/Fly.io

WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta)
