Rust developer for advisory/guiding - preferably with smart contracts coding experience

Our developer needs somebody with deep knowledge in rust, rust webassembly, even better rust smart contracts (cosmwasm).
We are working on a prototype but need guidance and some advisory in the next days to get something basic set up. Our dev doesn't know where to start.
