Review of blockchain functionality to track app usage statistics and react website with front end appeal

Id like to look at utilizing blockchain technology to store app usage including payments across geographical regions and a multitude of venues along with their facilities and HR processes. I need to introduce the functionality of printing to locally connected printers, automatically upon the submission of data to a database. I also need to create a web splash screen to promote an app to the wider community, with modal popups. One popup will just present a bunch of text and perhaps some little images while the other popup, will present a log-in dialogue and then authenticate users with firebase database. Also need to initialize payment gateway between app and website with PayPal api .
