Rest API using full stack MERN

Looking for Rest API developer with full stack MERN that can do following with Rest API:
1 login/register for user profile using eemail, google and apple
2 profile owner (PO) will have their picture, about user, user can also upload their work screenshots, user city, country, reviews/feedback for user images with preview page when any image clicked
3 contact user form, contact site owner form
4 each profile will have unique URL (website_dot_com/username/), profiles will show up on a list page when user name or image is clicked show larger image with reviews
5 you must follow best security and ux standards, all work must be original and copyrighted to us, all idea work and info must be kept confidential and not shared by any means (note if you do not have reviewws then budget is 100 max)
