Rental portal for my brother's rental properties.
First round will be for the landlord's login for the portal. If goes well will hire for additional projects for the renter's login side of the portal and mobile app
Would like to have this built with serverless stack - AWS, react, node.js, dynamo db, cognito, lambda functions, etc. If works well for my brother would like to scale to sell to other landlords
