Real Estate Marketplace Development

I’m building a full-scale property marketplace that covers both Maldivian and international listings. In the first release every listing will be entered and managed by my admin team; once the platform proves stable we will open a controlled gateway for trusted agents to post properties under a commission agreement.

Core features I need right away are property search with rich filtering, secure user registration and profile management, plus a booking & scheduling flow so buyers or renters can reserve viewings directly from the listing page. Alongside the marketplace itself, the system must promote three value-added services—legal advice, mortgage consultation and property valuation—so users can request help in a single click and track the status inside their account area.

For the web front-end I’d like React.js. You’re free to choose the complementary stack for the API, database and admin panel, provided it is modern, secure and scalable. The mobile experience should mirror the web functionality on both iOS and Android; whether you deliver this with React Native, Flutter or fully native code is up to you as long as performance feels seamless.
