ReactJS web app using Firebase

We are re-designing our user interface of our web application and need a ReactJS developer to implement the changes. This will be a series of projects with the first task including redesign of the login page. The login page design is attached.
There is also an existing code base hosted on GitHub to which you will be making changes.
Familiarity with Firebase is required as the data is being served from it.
