ReactJS Website with Image Uploads and Advertising

I'm looking for a talented developer to design and build a simple 12-page website using ReactJS. The website will allow users to upload images, and each upload will grant them a unique prize draw entry delivered via email. A dynamic calculator on the homepage will track their total uploads, and bonus entries will be automatically issued when certain milestones are reached.

Key Requirements:
