React on rails simple app

Our company is looking to build an application that facilitates the bookings of their doctors. This application should have two interfaces for doctors to be able to manage all of their appointments and availability. Users/Patients of this platform should be able to schedule appointments with any doctor they select. Users (patients) can check doctors availability without login.
Description:
-Doctors can login to the platform and can see their scheduled appointments and also can update their availability.
-Each doctor can update their availability using either weekly schedule or specific day time availability.
-Doctors can see their scheduled appointments sorted recently.
-Patients can go on the public pages to see a list of doctors and can see each doctor rating.
-Patients can select a doctor and book appointments based on an appointment duration which could be 1 hour.
-Patients don’t have to create an account to book appointments, just enter their email upon booking.
-Doctors can’t be double booked at the same time.

-A working Heroku link of the deployed application.
-The Github code repository where the code is hosted.
-A Doctor account username/password to test the application.
-Clean responsive UI.
-The application must be built on Ruby on Rails and React.js.
-Unit tests at least for API
