React js project from scratch

I am looking for a React JS developer to create a complex project from scratch with extensive functionality and interactivity. Although I do not have a specific design in mind, I have some ideas that I would like to incorporate into the project. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing complex React JS projects and be able to bring my ideas to life. The project timeline is more than 4 weeks, allowing for thorough development and testing.
