React nextjs fiber story telling through animations

I'm looking for a highly experienced freelancer to put together animated visuals in gltf or glb format that tell stories to enhance the user experience of my application. The animations should be 2D/3D character based, and I have a detailed concept of my desired goal. My preference is for a cartoonish animation style that stands out and grabs users' attention.
