React JS developer needed

I want to develop a basic learning management system in React.JS, it has very basic functionalities as follows:
— Login/Registration
— Forgot password
— Course listing
— Course and author detail page
— Course purchase(PayPal)
— User Dashboard
— Course Learning: Course will only have videos, so the user will just watch videos
It has basically 10 screens and the design is also very simple. I have HTML ready for this.
I am looking for individuals to start working on it immediately.
