Rerquirements:
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain web applications using React.js
* Build responsive, mobile-friendly user interfaces using modern HTML5/CSS3 standards
* Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX concepts into functional applications
* Work with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow
* Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance
* Maintain clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
* Participate in code reviews and version control best practices using Git
* Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across applications
* Continuously improving user experience and functionality across company platforms

Core Technical Requirements:
* Strong proficiency in React.js
* Solid experience with HTML5 and CSS3 (responsive design)
* Experience with JavaScript (ES6+)
* Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
* 5+ years of payroll experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with TypeScript
* Experience working with FileMaker systems
* Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs
* Familiarity with modern UI frameworks such as Tailwind CSS

Qualifications:

* Proven experience developing front-end or full-stack web applications
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
