React + Three.js Developer for Interactive 3D Chemistry Lab Simulation

We are looking for an experienced React + Three.js developer to build an interactive web-based chemistry lab simulation based on CBSE experiments (NCERT Class XII Chemistry). I have already got lab equiments
Requirements:
Implement 3D lab scene with beakers, flasks, burners, pipettes, and chemicals
Reusable interactive modules: pouring, stirring, heating, mixing, crystallization
Realistic animations & particle effects for reactions
Integration with backend API for user progress tracking
Optimized for fast web loading, low-poly GLTF/GLB models
Experience with React Three Fiber preferred
Deliverables:
Full interactive 3D lab experiment (Potash Alum)
Reusable code modules for all lab actions
Optimized assets & effects
Documentation for extending to additional experiments
