React/Node Website Deployment Assistance Needed

I'm looking for a developer to deploy my React/Node website from DigitalOcean to render.com. I am okay with other services too (like Heroku or any other), as long as it is free and supports both React and Node. It's a presentational website (Frontend in React), we are using Strapi for CMS & PM2 for build. It would be great if you can quickly do it. I have a budget of 500INR. The code is in Github.
