Project Overview

We have an existing CRM platform built with React (frontend) and Node.js (backend) and are looking for an experienced developer to enhance and extend its functionality. The system is already live and being actively used, so the focus will be on feature development, performance improvements, and integrations while maintaining stability and code quality.

We are looking for a developer who is comfortable working with existing production codebases and can deliver improvements efficiently.

Scope of Work

Enhance features within the existing CRM platform

Develop new modules and improve existing workflows

Optimize React UI components for better usability and performance

Build and extend Node.js APIs and backend services

Improve data handling, validation, and API performance

Implement integrations with third-party services and APIs

Fix bugs and improve overall system reliability

Maintain clean code structure and proper Git version control

Required Skills

Strong experience with React.js

Strong backend development with Node.js (Express or similar frameworks)

Experience with REST API development

Good knowledge of MongoDB / MySQL or other databases

Experience working on CRM or SaaS platforms

Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows

Nice to Have
