React/NextJS Developer for Landing Page

I'm in need of a skilled React/NextJS developer to help bring together a landing page for my agency. The design is already complete, and we have the 3D models in Three Fiber code ready, so the focus will be on implementation. Here's what I need:
- **Implementation of Header and Navigation**: This will include ensuring that the navigation links are functional and that the header is visually appealing and on-brand.
- **Building Content Sections**: The landing page will have various content sections, potentially including a hero section, service offerings, client testimonials, and more. You will be responsible for ensuring these sections are laid out as per the design and that they are responsive.
- **Setting Up the Footer and Contact Form**: The footer will need to be consistent with the overall design and contain necessary links and information. Additionally, you will need to create and integrate a contact form that aligns with the color scheme and branding of the page.
In terms of the design, we have a specific color scheme that you will need to adhere to. The colors are pastels, and it's crucial that the landing page is in line with these guidelines.
We want to start with the home page and then move onto the rest in additional projects.
Ideal skills and qualifications for this project include:
- Proficiency in React/NextJS.
