React.js Mentor Needed

Job ID: 39578952

Budget: £10 – £20 GBP

Description:
I'm a junior developer actively building my front-end skills and preparing for technical interviews. I’m confident in HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, React.js, and basic backend (Node.js, Express, MongoDB) — now I want to level up with the help of an experienced mentor or freelancer.

I plan to learn through a real-world React project (possibly a dashboard or full-stack CRUD app) and would like someone to guide me, review my code, and help me prepare for front-end interviews.

What I Need Help With:
Understanding React best practices, folder structure, hooks, and optimization

Using Redux Toolkit, Context API, or Zustand for state management

API integration using Axios or Fetch

Building clean, responsive UI (ideally with SCSS or Tailwind CSS)

Writing reusable, clean components and thinking in a job-ready way

Mock interview sessions or feedback on coding tasks

(Optional) Full-stack understanding: connecting to Express + MongoDB backend

About Me:
I already have experience using React, Vue.js, and TypeScript

Familiar with VS Code, Git, npm, and MongoDB basics

Currently preparing for junior front-end roles and want to improve my project quality and interview confidence

Ideal Mentor/Freelancer:
Strong experience with React.js and modern front-end workflows

Can explain concepts clearly and review code constructively

Available for 1–2 sessions per week (screen share or async Q&A)

Bonus: experience with technical interviews, hiring, or mock assessments

Project Scope:
First 1–2 sessions: Review an existing template or start a clean project

Help build/refactor a complete front-end app (with clean code)

Practice technical interview questions and frontend challenges

Budget:
Flexible — happy to pay hourly or per session depending on your experience and availability.

To Apply:
Please include:

Your front-end tech stack and mentoring/coaching experience

GitHub or portfolio link with a React project you've built

Your preferred rate and how you like to work (live calls, async messages, etc.)
