React-Laravel CMS
Budget: $10 – $300 USD
Our custom CMS is roughly 80 % finished. It runs a Laravel back-end that exposes APIs consumed by a ReactJS front-end. I now need an experienced developer who can embed with our small team for an initial one-week sprint to finish key features, fix outstanding bugs, and tighten the integration between the two layers.
The repository is reasonably structured, but only partially documented, so you should be comfortable reading code and tracing logic without step-by-step notes. During the week you will be pairing with our lead developer, committing directly to the existing Git workflow (feature branches, pull requests, code reviews).
Typical tasks for the sprint
• Complete any missing CRUD endpoints in Laravel and wire them to existing React components.
• Polish front-end interactions, ensuring state flows cleanly between Redux (or Context) and the API responses.
• Hunt down and resolve the remaining high-priority bugs that block content editors from using the system in production.
• Leave clear comments and update our current documentation where you touch the code.
At the end of the week I’d like:
1. All merged commits deployed to our staging server and passing automated tests.
2. A concise summary of work done, any new issues discovered, and your estimate of effort for the next milestone.
Please tell me:
– The hours you can dedicate during that week.
– A fixed quote or hourly rate for that initial sprint.
– Links to at least one React + Laravel project you’ve shipped or contributed to.
If the collaboration feels smooth, I’ll extend the engagement for the remainder of the build and post-launch support.
