React Infinite Scoller and Pagination with React for a complex project

Set up react-infinite-scroller for an index page and pagination for a single study page on an existing project. I am looking for someone who has great experience with react and has the ability to read someone's code well. Also, I prefer someone who can work via Zoom on my computer. Please don't place a bid if you are not suitable for the project.
