React GraphQL API Replacement

I'm in need of a React GraphQL expert to help replace an existing API.
My project involves replacing an existing API with a new one, using React and GraphQL. Though the exact functionalities of the API are yet to be determined, I expect the new API to at least have data retrieval, data modification, and authentication/authorization capabilities.
I am open to the idea of a full-stack developer, but someone specialized in frontend or backend development would also be suitable. That said, the ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of React and GraphQL, as these will be the primary tools in the project. Experience with API development and implementation in general would be a huge plus.
