React Frontend App Development

I have wireframes and high-fidelity mockups ready and need a React developer to turn them into a clean, responsive single-page application.

Scope
• Build the UI exactly as shown in the provided designs.
• Structure components with functional React, hooks, and modern best practices.
• Set up routing and basic state management (Context or lightweight library) so the screens are fully navigable.
• Ensure cross-browser support and mobile responsiveness with semantic HTML5 and CSS (or styled-components/Tailwind if you prefer).
• Integrate placeholder data via JSON so I can plug in real APIs later.

Deliverables
1. Production-ready React codebase (Create React App, Vite, or Next.js—whichever you feel is fastest).
2. Compiled build and brief “how-to run” instructions in a README.
3. A short hand-off note highlighting folder structure, key components, and where to connect APIs.

I’m after a straightforward first version, so focus on pixel accuracy, smooth navigation, and clean code. If we work well together there will be follow-up work for API integration and feature iterations.
