React JS - Expert to Build a CRM Dashboard

I am seeking an expert in React JS to build a CRM dashboard for my tourism packages site. The dashboard should have the following specific features:
- Sales tracking
- Customer management
- Tourism Packages Info

Design:
- I do not have a design or wireframe ready, so I will need help with the design aspect of the dashboard.

Code:
- I do not have any existing code, so the CRM will need to be built from scratch.
