React Drag and Drop

I have a React app which I need a drag and drop functionality for. I do NOT want to use the Drag and Drop API.
I have created a dummy app with some code that is 90% working, but I cannot seem to make it work with my actual app which includes panning and zooming package.
I need someone to make the code I wrote work, I write alternative code and then make it work with my actual app. If you have done this before, this should be a simple task and I want to hear from you. If you have never done this before, please don't bid.
I will reject any bid that does not state that you have experience of custom drag and drop in REACT
