React.js Developer for Clinic CRM Project

We are building a Clinic CRM to help doctors manage patients, schedule appointments, and communicate internally. Our backend is built with Node.js, and we need a skilled React.js developer to handle the frontend.

What Needs to Be Done?
The React.js developer will be responsible for:

Frontend Development

Build responsive UI using React.js & Tailwind CSS
Develop core features:
Patient Management Dashboard
Appointment Scheduling Interface
Real-Time Chat UI (Socket.io Integration)
Doctor & Staff Role-Based Access
Ensure smooth API integration (provided by our Node.js backend)
Performance Optimization & UI Enhancements

Implement a Progressive Web App (PWA) for offline access
Optimize frontend for fast loading and responsiveness
Write reusable components and follow best practices
State Management & API Integration

Use React Query or Redux for efficient state management
Handle API requests with Axios or Fetch
Integrate authentication using JWT or Firebase Auth
Code Collaboration & Deployment

Push code regularly to GitHub/GitLab
Work closely with the backend developer (Node.js)
Participate in daily/weekly standups to update progress
Who We Are Looking For?
Experience: 1-3 years in React.js development
Must-Have Skills: React.js, Tailwind CSS, REST API Integration, Git
Nice-to-Have: React Query, Redux, Next.js, Socket.io
Availability: 20-30 hours per week (Flexible)
Budget & Payment
Hourly Rate: $10 - $20/hr (based on experience)
Milestone Payments: Per completed feature/module
