React.js Developer Needed – Build Installable CMS PWA (Connected to Laravel REST API)

The developer must create fully responsive, clean, and modern UI components that work smoothly across:

Desktop (Windows / macOS / Linux)
Tablets
Mobile devices (Android / iOS)
PWA standalone mode (Desktop App mode)
All modules must be pixel-clean, well-structured, maintainable, and follow best UI practices.

PWA Requirements

The React CMS must:
Be installable on Windows, macOS, Linux (Chrome/Edge)
Run in standalone mode (desktop-like)
Use Service Workers (offline capability)
Auto-update using PWA lifecycle
Include manifest.json, app icons, splash screens

Tech Stack Requirements
Must Have

React.js (Vite or Next.js)
Strong PWA experience
REST API integration
Clean UI architecture
Experience with component libraries (Material UI / Tailwind / Chakra)
Laravel familiarity
