React Lead

Looking for a react developer who can work on a project that deals with restaurant administration project. The project is divided into users section, admin section and merchants(restaurants) section.
Basic user activities involve Authentication, Viewing food description, Payments, Observing ordered food driver location and estimated delivery time which should be real time.
Admin Roles include Creating, Updating and Deleting Menu items. Adding and Verifying restaurants. Observing analytical data(Prefer D3.js)
Merchants role include Setting up profile and Creating, deleting and setting up menu items.
The design of the project is a work in progress and is in figma.
We would like a developer who accepts responsibility for the entire frontend from development to deployment.
Deployment is likely to be in AWS so knowledge of ECR(for dockerised deployment) is a plus. He/She must also be proficient in CI/CD integration.
We also prefer the styling to be in SCSS.
