React UI Designer for Web Experiences

We are looking for a React UI Designer who can transform creative ideas into beautiful, responsive, and interactive web experiences. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable designing interfaces in Figma and implementing them in React with pixel-perfect accuracy.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both designing and coding, ensuring that every interface looks exactly as intended while delivering an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities
Design modern, clean, and responsive user interfaces in Figma.
Convert Figma designs into production-ready React components.
Develop reusable UI components and maintain a scalable component library.
Ensure pixel-perfect implementation across browsers and devices.
Create interactive UI elements, transitions, and animations.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs.
Improve existing UI for performance, accessibility, and usability.
Maintain consistency using design systems and reusable components.
Optimize frontend performance and loading speed.
Participate in UI/UX discussions and suggest improvements.
