React E-Commerce Site Build
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m setting up a brand-new website that will sell products online and provide each customer with a personal account area. The frontend stack is React.js, and the project is already bootstrapped with Create React App; what I need now is steady, hands-on development help to bring the main screens and interactions to life.
The core scope covers:
• Product catalogue and searchable listings
• Secure checkout flow tied into a REST API (payment gateway keys and endpoints are ready)
• Sign-up / sign-in, password reset, and a simple profile dashboard
I’ll supply wireframes, component guidelines, and the existing code repo on GitHub. Day-to-day communication happens in Slack with issues tracked in Jira. Clean, well-commented JavaScript/JSX, reusable React components, and basic unit tests with Jest are expected so the codebase stays maintainable.
To wrap up each milestone I’ll review your pull request, run the tests, and confirm that:
1. All stated screens render without errors in the current Chrome and Firefox releases.
2. API calls succeed or fail gracefully, matching our provided specs.
3. ESLint passes with no new warnings.
If you’re comfortable with React hooks, fetch/axios, and Git workflows, this should be a straightforward project where you can grow your portfolio while we launch a polished site together.
