CV App Description:
This tool provides a detailed score for each candidate based on job requirements, helping recruiters quickly identify the most suitable candidates. It also generates concise, informative explanations highlighting key factors like relevant skills, experience, and education. This helps users understand the rationale behind each score.
The basic functionality, including "Home", "Candidate for Particular Role", and "Upload new CVs" pages, has been developed by another contractor who integrated the CV analysis API. Although the previous contractor was skilled, the progress was slow. To expedite the project, we have decided to move forward with a new contractor.
