REACT js Developer needed ~full time~12 months project

Hello, I’m looking for a full-time Developer, that has experience with React js and LARAVEL.To join my team.

7.On how many projects you had to work with API integration
8.Are you the person that will be working on this project if I hire you or you’re representing a company or other employee
9.How soon are you able to start working on this project
10.How many hours per day and per week can you offer
11.What is your desired weekly compensation?
12. how many hours of codding you need to create a page like (see ATTACHEMENT) by using this full template source code and static text
13. I require 1 conference call per week to talk about project updates etc via VIBER app. Do you have a smartphone that can install this app ?
