Quick help bug fix react component

I have a react project that I'm trying to run locally. It's just a calendar (works using https://codesandbox.io/).
I'm trying to run it locally but having some issues.
For example, it's showing errors on lines such as "let anchorDate = props?.anchorDate;"
Anything with a ? is throwing an error and I'm not sure why
I think a react developer could resolve the issue pretty quickly
