Property Management WebApp Coding Specialist, Capable of API Integration

The code for my Property Management web app already lives in a GitHub repository and was initially scaffolded with AI. What I need now is solid engineering expertise to move it from a rough prototype to a production-ready application built on the JavaScript ecosystem (Node.js + React).

Scope of work
• Audit and clean up the existing repository: organise folders, remove redundant AI-generated fragments, and establish clear build scripts.
• Implement any missing server-side logic in Node.js and ensure the React front-end consumes it smoothly.
• Integrate three external services end-to-end—Google Calendar, Canva Document Creator, and Intuit QuickBooks—so users can authenticate, pull data, and push updates without leaving the app.
• Set up environment-variable handling for API keys, plus error and rate-limit management.
• Deliver concise technical documentation covering local setup, deployment steps, and API usage.
• Optional but welcome: create a basic CI/CD workflow (GitHub Actions is fine) and assist with deploying to a custom host.

Acceptance criteria
1. “npm run build” returns a production bundle with no warnings.
2. A demo instance lets a test user connect each of the three APIs and perform at least one write and one read operation.
3. Repository includes a README explaining environment variables, installation, and deployment in under five minutes.
