Ruby On Rails Voting App ( Popular Vote ,Results in D'honte and Borda Method)

This is a voting application that allows hosts to create a ballot that voters can join and answer questions in the given ballot.
The project has already begun and we need fixes upgrade to hasten production of Ruby on Rsil final project there are some initial setup done for some of the modules which we finish ASAP with an experienced Ruby on Rails freelancer
There is a GitHub available you would be expected to push work to the github. Regarding the front-end, there are bootstrap templates already available.
In the PDF the percentage in each module translates to milestone %s of your agreed fee.
The results of each question are used using the following methods: example in PDF
- Popular Vote
- Modified Borda count
- D’Hondt methods
