Project Overview:
Looking for a senior Full-Stack Developer or a team of 2 to build "Daksh Sathi", a hyperlocal marketplace for Madhya Pradesh, India. The architecture runs on a 0% Service Commission model with a "Manual Back-Office Operations Core" to save API billing. Client interfaces must look highly premium (like Urban Company/Ola), but backend processes are manually supported via Admin.

Tech Stack Mandates:
- Mobile Frontend: Flutter (SDK 3.x+) single repo compiled for Android. Modular tracks for Customer & Shared Partner.
- Web Frontend: React.js + Tailwind CSS. Ultra-light bundle optimized for Hostinger VPS/Linux.
- Backend Layer: Node.js (Express) or Python (FastAPI) secure REST APIs + JWT + Rate limiting.
- Database & Cache: PostgreSQL or MongoDB master persistent store + active Redis session caching.

- The 3-Wallet System: Every partner tracks three separate balance columns: Earning Wallet (liquid transaction revenue), Loan Credit Wallet (internal platform credits), and Personal Wallet (container for cashout requests). Direct bank transfers from the Earning wallet are blocked.
- 30:70 Booking Escrow: Checkout forces 30% advance via inline UPI SDK. Balance is locked on the database until job completion verified by customer PIN input, releasing the remaining 70% cash/UPI split.
- 20:10 Cancellation Split: Cancellation past a 5-minute grace window triggers an auto-deduction logic: 20% transfers to the partner's Earning wallet as a distress fee, and 10% routes directly to the platform Core Welfare/Insurance Fund ledger for accident claims.
- Low-Value Logistics Slabs: Trips under ₹100 (Tiffin/Milk) bypass standard flat platform fees. Tech cuts are computed dynamically at 5% of invoice or ₹5, whichever is LOWER.
- Subscription Set-Off: A 30-day rolling subscription tracker (₹179 dues) with an auto set-off toggle parsing active partner wallets.

Security Compliance, Privacy & Controls:
