Progressive Web App Project- Frontend and Backend Dev

We're developing a PWA EdTech with a minimalistic interactive design with limited functionality(test questions, play audio file, myprogress )

Need to develop:
- Headless CMS React.js PWA front end (~10-12pages)
- Admin panel for Content management, user management, tracking payments, analytics etc (Skote-themeforest or similar).
- Setup Payment gateway for Stripe
- All Wireframes/content will be provided
