We are now hiring a Full Stack Developer to build the MVP (Version 1) with an emphasis on simplicity, speed, and low cost. You’ll be responsible for building core functionality including the frontend, backend API, and database integration.
Responsibilities:
Develop a web-based platform using FastAPI (or Flask) for the backend and React.js (or Next.js) for the frontend.
Implement key features like:
- LLM-powered chatbot (frontend calls backend, backend calls OpenAI API).
- AI-generated mind maps (basic text-based).
- Flashcards with spaced repetition logic.
- Simple quizzes and coding challenges.
- User authentication and progress tracking.
- Community forum and leaderboard (text only).
Work collaboratively with the AI/ML developer (who will handle LLM logic).
Ensure the system is scalable, secure, and optimized for low cost (Firebase, Supabase, or Vercel preferred for hosting).
Skills Required:
Frontend: React.js, TailwindCSS, or Chakra UI.
Backend: FastAPI or Flask, PostgreSQL or Firebase.
Authentication: Firebase Auth / Supabase.
Experience with OpenAI API integration is a plus.
Understanding of WebSockets or event-based updates (optional but helpful).
