AI-Powered Language Evaluation Web Tool

We are looking for a skilled full-stack developer or small team to help us build an AI-powered web-based tool that evaluates user inputs using natural language models, phonetic rules, and voice playback. This tool will be used for concept evaluation and refinement.

We have a detailed feature specification document, system logic, and technical scope ready for execution. All domain-specific rules, scoring logic, and interaction flows will be shared after shortlisting and signing of NDA & IP Agreements.

The Web tool Will Include:
• A web interface for users to input short phrases or terms
• AI-enhanced generation and transformation of that input
• A series of backend evaluations using rulesets (e.g., clarity, structure, tone alignment)
• One or more audio-based interaction modules
• Dashboard tools to favorite, compare, and score results

You will not need to invent the logic or flow. Our internal team will provide:
• All scoring rules (e.g., for clarity, structure, etc.)
• Sound-mapping rules
• Accent-testing guidelines
• API endpoint specs for AI and voice
• Sample UI wireframes

Ideal Stack:
• Frontend: React / Next.js (preferred)
• Backend: Node.js / Python (FastAPI, Flask, or similar)
• Database: Supabase / PostgreSQL / Firebase
• Hosting: Vercel, Netlify, or AWS
• API Integrations: OpenAI / Google TTS / WHOIS APIs

Skills Required:
• Experience building responsive, interactive web tools
• Strong understanding of integrating with AI APIs (OpenAI or equivalent)
• Familiarity with phoneme/voice tools (TTS APIs, CMU Dictionary, etc.) a big plus
• Clean code and modular design practices
• Self-directed and communicative

Timeline:
Estimated 4–6 weeks for this phase with potential for follow-on work in Phase 2.
