Pixel-Perfect React Page Recreation

I already have the final look of a single-page layout—text, two main boxes, and several graphic accents—and I simply need that exact image rebuilt in code inside my existing React project. No interactivity, no hover states, no responsiveness: just a faithful, fixed-size reproduction.

You will receive:
• The flattened reference image that shows the page exactly as it should appear.
• SVG snippets for some of the decorative elements to make your job easier.
• Access details for the current React codebase so you can drop your work straight in.

What I expect back:
• Clean React components (functional components with hooks preferred) that render the page pixel-perfectly against the reference.
• All styles scoped or modular so they don’t leak into the rest of the project.
• Assets correctly imported, with the provided SVG files embedded or referenced as appropriate.
• A brief README listing any dependencies you add and instructions (if any) for running your slice of the project.
