Personalized Gift Store Website Development

Hi, I want a websiite which should be same as this website: https://www.fnp.com/ . We offer personalized gifts to our clients which they can order for themselves or others.

Specifications:
1. Dashboard: showing multiple categories, personalized gifts, searchbar and offers etc.
2. On clicking any category, all products of it should come as infinite scroll in another page.
3. When user click on any product, all details of that product should come in another page. There can be multiple options from which he can choose a product. There would be multiple images of the product for each option. After selecting product, an another popup will come with multiple options which will ask user to add this for making it more special like popup of calendar, bottle after selecting cake.
4. User must be able to login/signup before doing any order. He can do it either using mobile no. or email id. After ordering he must be able to track live status of delivery.
5. There must be multiple options for payment like Paytm, Amazon pay, PhonePe or COD etc.
6. I should get email and user as soon as any person order product from my websiite.
7. Most importantly Website must be smoothly working live both on browser and mobile. It should be a progressive web app.
8. Please take care of things like writing good code and APIs, SEO etc

Website can be build using React.js or Next.js for frontend and Next.js or node.js for backend. MongoDB or MySQL can be used as database.

As I am also a full stack developer, person who will build it will have to explain me everything (not line by line, just a flow) and resolve my questions on it if any.
