Pakistan Experienced Developers
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m expanding our software engineering team here in Pakistan and want two strong full-stack engineers who are equally comfortable in ASP.NET and React.js. On any given week you might spin up a brand-new microservice in .NET 7, wire its UI in React + TypeScript, or dive into an older codebase to refactor and patch issues. Clean, well-documented commits and a habit of writing unit tests are essential because we ship continuously.
Your day-to-day work will cover both building new applications and maintaining existing ones, and you’ll often be the first line of technical support when something goes bump in production—so clear, proactive communication is as important as your code. We collaborate in English on Slack and track work in Azure DevOps; experience with those (or similar) tools is a plus.
This is a long-term engagement, budgeted at roughly $1,000 per month, with plenty of room to grow into a lead role for the right person. There’s no hard launch deadline looming, so the focus is on quality, reliability, and steady progress rather than rushed deliveries.
If you’re based in Pakistan, fluent in written and spoken English, and can demonstrate solid experience in both ASP.NET and React.js, let’s talk.
