PWA with mobile design focus

We want to make a Progressive Web Application by tweaking the Metaplex source code to work with our own API (metaplex is the name of the open source code for Solana) using React JS. We want the front end design to be completed from the wireframes (wirefrmaes are done) and link to our API. The design should be mobile focused. We are on a very tight deadline, we need this done in under a week. Happy to discuss further details.
