POS Thermal printing Quality issue web broswer using React Application

Hi All,
We are having React Based POS. When our customer take print using thermal printer some of the printer quality is very bad. Print is working fine but very dull and dots in the text we can see.
Based on our research React with browser will process print as image not text.
We need some experts to help to fix the issue.
