POC web app with a React front end for an AI based service with a chat interface similar to ChatGPT. Experience with AWS services, especially Bedrock is a plus.

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to develop a proof of concept (POC) web app with a React front end. The web app will have a chat interface, similar to ChatGPT.

Functionality:
- The web app should have a chat interface that allows users to interact with the AI capabilities.
- The AI capabilities should include natural language processing and response generation.

Design:
- Although I don't have specific designs, I have a rough idea of how the web app should look and feel. The freelancer will be responsible for creating the designs based on my input.

AWS Services:
- The freelancer should be familiar with AWS services, particularly Bedrock.
- Knowledge of other specific AWS services is also preferred.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience with React and building web applications is essential.
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including natural language processing, is required.
- Knowledge of APIs, Vectors, Embeddings
- Familiarity with AWS services, especially Bedrock, is a plus.
- Attention to detail and the ability to create an intuitive and user-friendly interface is important.
